Use the chart to the right to pick the correct size BruiseStoppers arm sleeves for you. Please measure all the way around your arm, keeping your measuring tape firm but not super tight. The red lines on the size chart show the correct location to measure. (HINT) If you do not have a flexible measuring tape you can use a piece of string to get the diameter of your arm then measure the string with a straight ruler. You can watch the videos at the bottom of this page for step by step directions on how to measure your arm to get the correct size of BruiseStoppers. sizechartnew Our BruiseStoppers are manufactured from stretchy material but they are not designed to be super tight. If you find that your measurements are at the upper end of a size order the next size up. If just one of your measurements is over the upper end of a size but the other measurement is not still order the next size up for a looser, more comfortable fit.
